On eligible employer-paid healthcare routes, the German employer or hiring institution pays the recruitment cost. You pay no recruitment fee to IWC or its recruiting partners — not at registration, not at placement, not ever.
Nothing upfront. If a licensed recruiting partner places you and you receive and sign a formal acceptance / employment contract from a German employer, the partner charges a one-time success fee. No signed contract, no fee.
Same structure: €0 upfront, €0 during the process. The success fee applies only once an employer has formally accepted you and an employment contract is signed. Charged by the licensed partner, never by IWC.
You pay nothing to apply, nothing to be reviewed, nothing to interview. The one-time partner fee is triggered only by a signed employment contract from a German employer.
Identical to other non-healthcare pathways: success-based only. If no employer accepts you, you owe nothing — to IWC or to any partner.
