Healthcare routes: €0 to you. On employer-paid healthcare pathways, the employer or hiring institution covers recruitment costs. Candidates do not pay IWC or its recruiting partners any recruitment fee.
Other pathways: where a candidate success fee applies, it is charged by the licensed recruiting partner — never by IWC — capped at €2,000, and payable only after you sign an employment contract with a German employer. No placement, no fee. Nothing upfront.
