coordinated, keep candidates feeling heard, and run our social channels — all at once.

What You'll Own
Run the office day-to-day — schedules, follow-ups, supplies, and the hundred small things that keep a growing company moving
Own calendars and coordination across our Lahore, Frankfurt, and New York teams — you're the person who makes sure nothing slips
Handle candidate communications — calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins — with the warmth and professionalism our applicants deserve
Run IWC's social media — plan and post content, answer DMs, and grow our presence with candidates across Pakistan
Keep documents, records, and trackers organized and current — in our platform and out of it
Jump on whatever the day brings — this role sits close to leadership, and no two weeks look the same
Who We're Looking For
- Organized to a fault — you notice what others miss and follow through without being chased
- Strong written and spoken English; Urdu fluency
- Comfortable running social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Professional, discreet, and calm under pressure — you'll see sensitive information daily
- Based in Lahore and able to work on-site at our DHA Phase 5 office
- Bonus: experience in recruitment, customer service, or a fast-moving startup
