1. About IWC

IWC — International Workforce Commission is a licensed recruitment agency that facilitates the placement of Pakistani professionals with German employers. We operate offices in New York (USA), Frankfurt (Germany), and Lahore (Pakistan).

2. Eligibility

To use our platform you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a Pakistani national or hold valid Pakistani work authorization
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Have the legal right to work in Germany (or be seeking the appropriate visa)
• Not have been previously banned from our platform

3. One Application Policy

Each individual may submit only one application to IWC. Submitting multiple applications under different identities is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent disqualification from all IWC programs.

4. Fees and Payment

• Healthcare Program: Completely free for applicants. All costs are covered by the German employer. There is no fee at any stage of the process.
• All Other Programs (IT, Engineering, Hospitality, Skilled Trades): A one-time placement fee of €3,000 is due only after you have been officially approved and accepted a job offer. No upfront payment is required.
• Fees are non-refundable once the placement process has been completed.
• IWC will never ask for payment before your application is approved.

5. Applicant Obligations

By using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in your application
• Upload only authentic documents — falsified documents result in immediate and permanent disqualification
• Respond promptly to IWC communications regarding your application
• Attend scheduled interviews unless you provide at least 48 hours notice of cancellation
• Notify IWC immediately if your circumstances change materially (e.g., new employment, change of plans)
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

6. IWC Obligations

IWC commits to:

• Review all complete applications within 10 business days
• Keep employer identities confidential until a match is confirmed
• Provide honest feedback on your application status
• Never share your data with employers without your consent
• Support visa and relocation coordination for approved applicants

IWC does not guarantee placement for any applicant. Approval is subject to employer requirements, qualifications, and availability.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Upload documents belonging to another person
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures
• Use automated tools to access or scrape our platform
• Harass, threaten, or abuse IWC staff or other users
• Contact employers directly using information obtained through IWC
• Circumvent the placement process to avoid paying the placement fee

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the IWC platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of IWC or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The IWC platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• IWC does not guarantee job placement for any applicant
• IWC is not responsible for employer decisions, employment terms, or working conditions in Germany
• IWC's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to IWC in the 12 months preceding the claim
• IWC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Termination

IWC may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, providing false information, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@iwcommission.com.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. For users in Germany, mandatory provisions of German consumer protection law also apply. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
