Employer-Paid Recruitment

Employer-Paid Healthcare Pathways

Germany's hospitals are competing for nurses, care workers, and doctors — and they're willing to pay the recruitment costs to get you. If you qualify, we put you forward. You pay nothing.

Candidates do not pay IWC or its recruiting partners any recruitment fee for employer-paid healthcare recruitment. In these programs, the German employer or hiring institution covers the recruitment cost. Free registration and eligibility screening are included for every candidate.

Germany Needs You More Than You Know

Nurses

BSc Nursing or equivalent diploma, clinical experience, willingness to reach the German level required for recognition (typically B1–B2).

Care Workers

Qualified care and support staff for hospitals, clinics, and long-term care institutions across Germany.

Doctors & Specialists

MBBS or equivalent, where applicable — recognition (Approbation) pathways are supported through partners.

Support Along the Pathway

German language requirement guidance for your profession
Document readiness and organization support
Recognition pathway support through licensed partners
Routing of eligible profiles to employer-paid recruitment programs

Eligibility for employer-paid programs depends on your qualifications, experience, German level, and current employer demand. IWC does not guarantee employment, employer interviews, visa approval, professional recognition, or placement.

Not Eligible for the Employer-Paid Program Yet?

If you are not currently eligible for an employer-paid healthcare pathway, IWC can still help you prepare your profile, organize your documents, improve your application materials, and understand what you may need before approaching employers or recruiting partners.
